  • How is my order delivered/shipped?
    All orders are delivered either in a concealed bag or box, depending on your items. Items shipped by mailboat or plane or also shipped in concealed packaging and is labeled under the description of exercise equipment or health and wellness products.
  • How will I know when my item is being delivered/shipped?
    Once you've placed your order and selected your form of payment, you will receive an automatic email notification that your order was received. One of our agents will also reach out to you to confirm your order and delivery time.
  • How much is delivery/shipping?
    Delivery is free for any purchases $70 or more in New Providence. Purchases $40 to $69.99 is a $2 delivery fee and any purchase under $40 is a $7 delivery fee. Shipping to the Family Islands is $10.00 on any mailboat and $50 by plane.
  • When will my order be delivered/shipped?
    Delivery within the Nassau/New Providence area will take place within the same day once the order is placed before 3pm. Family island deliveries will take place within 24 hours of payment on the next available boat.
  • Will you deliver on the weekend and holidays?
    Yes we deliver in on weekends. However holidays delivery will take place only if we are opened on that day. Please contact customer service at 242-804-0308 to see if delivery can take place on a holiday.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
    Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any item within 90 days if a product is not satisfactory.
  • Do you ever substitute items?
    Occasionally our manufacturers may discontinue or re-design a product we feature on the website. In those cases, we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater retail value in your order. All substitutions are covered by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Do I need to sign for my order?
    All orders over $250 do not automatically require a signature, however you may be asked to confirm your order number upon delivery to ensure correct delivery.
  • What type of emails can I get from Couple's Paradise?
    There are several different types of emails and delivery options that you can sign up for in your account on the Email Preferences Page. At the standard level, you’ll receive all of our emails so you’ll never miss out on the latest products, hottest deals and on-going promotions. Simply select Opt In on the Email Preferences page. If you want to cut back on email delivery, you can check either the once a week or once a month boxes. You can also opt to receive just our company newsletter, which is packed with useful articles, sex tips & advice, horoscopes and more. And you can opt out of email promotions completely by clicking the Opt Out option. Note that even if you opt out of promotional emails, you will still get emails about your order, including order updates & confirmations, online shipping confirmations and customer service inquiries.
  • How do I ensure that I get Couple's Paradise e-mails in my personal inbox?
    To make sure you continue to receive Couple's Paradise e-mails in your personal in box (not bulk or junk folders), please take a moment to add info@coupleparadisebs.com and deals@couplesparadisebs.com to your e-mail address book.
  • Can I create an account & not get promotional emails & catalogs?
    Yes, you can. After creating an account, go to the Manage My Email and Catalog Notifications section. Click on the email link and select “Opt Out” and hit the Submit button. Then click on the catalog link and select “Do Not Mail” and hit the Submit button.
  • How do I get off your catalog or email mailing list?
    There are two ways to remove yourself from our email mailing list: 1. If you have an Couple's Paradise account, sign in to your account. Go to the Manage My Email and Catalog Notifications section and select Update Email Preferences. There, you can adjust how often you receive emails from Couple's Paradise or unsubscribe completely. 2. If you don’t have an account with us, scroll down to the bottom of your last Couple's Paradise email and click on the blue unsubscribe link in the footer. This takes you to a page where you can choose how frequently we email you or opt out entirely from future promotional emails. After you unsubscribe or opt out, we will remove you immediately from our lists. You might receive catalogs or emails during the next two to three weeks while our database is being updated. Once you’ve been removed from our mailing lists, it is very difficult to get back on. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails, you will still get emails about any order you make – including order updates & confirmations, online shipping confirmations and customer service inquiries.
  • I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
    When you go to log in, just click to reset your password. A reset link will then be sent to your email address to reset your password. If you don't see it in your main inbox check your junk inbox for the reset link. If you are still having issues please email us at info@couplesparadisebs.com and we will help you to reset your password.
  • Will you sell my personal information?
    Couple's Paradise will never sell your personal information. There are times, however, when we might share some of your information with shipping, credit-card processing and other third-party companies to improve customer service and satisfaction.   • Why can’t I log in?
    First, make sure that your caps lock button is off. If you’re still having problems, then you can Reset Your Password.
  • How do I know your site is safe to use?

  • When is your Customer Service Department open?
    Our Customer Service Department is generally open from 10am to 6pm, Monday thru Saturday and 11am to 3pm on Sundays. We are closed on holidays.
